Michael is a great guy, and a 20+ year veteran HVAC tech and installer. Unlike other places where the person who does the sales/evaluation calls no longer does the installs, Michael does everything from A-Z, including your regularly scheduled maintenance. Highly recommend you consider Evenflow if you're shopping a new system like I was. You won't be dissapointed.

This is a family owned business. Michael Cole is the owner, and he came out to do the work. He is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, and did the maintenance work thoroughly and professionally. Excellent service!

We've had Evenflow service our HVAC system three times. Our most recent was for spring A/C maintenance. Once again, the service rep (Daniel) called before he arrived, and was on time. He thoroughly inspected our system and didn't pressure us to buy unneeded services. Recommend Evenflow to anyone looking for an honest and reliable HVAC service contractor.

Excellent all around! Good value, excellent service and extremely knowledgeable too. Micheal and his entire team are so professional and easy to work with and it was a big job too- 2 totally new systems. They are very knowledgeable and knew to do certain things to tie all the systems together that other companies failed to include in their proposals. I highly recommend Even Flow. And as a bonus - you will think of the Pearl Jam song while they are there.

I have used them multiple times now from fixing a problem to completely replacing a furnace. First I will say very trustworthy. From prices to honesty, like other reviewers have said not trying to upsell. Takes pride in his work and does a very good job. Will use for all of my HVAC needs.

Called Michael later on a Thursday afternoon for a heating issue. He responded quickly and had me squeezed in the following morning. Very professional, honest tradesman, who diagnosed and fixed my problem within an hour. I will be using this company moving forward, and highly recommend to anyone looking thru these reviews! Evenflow was a pleasure to work with. Michael was very responsive and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with our cooling system and offered additional options to further improve cooling. He was very timely with scheduling and the work itself. The results were impressive in the increased cooling of our AC system. We have used larger HVAC companies and I value Michaels personalized approach. I highly recommend Evenflow for their superior level of service.

We highly recommend Evenflow Heating and Air! Michael is the nicest person and so knowledgeable about what he does. He spent a long time explaining everything to us and fixed our A/C on very short notice during a heat wave. I can't say enough good things about this company....great service and just an overall great person!

Michael was very prompt in coming out to give me an estimate. While here, he took the time to educate me on my system and why it wasn't working properly. He was effective in his communication and took the time to talk with me like I was a human and not just another dollar to be made. I really appreciated him coming out and highly recommend Evenflow.

Having a trusted expert maintain my home's HVAC system is important to me, and Michael provides that service. He's knowledgeable, professional, friendly and does excellent work, often going above and beyond to recommend a solution or fix a problem. He replaced a Lennox condenser unit that was broken, coordinating the warranty exchange on my behalf! I rest easy knowing my HVAC system is in his expert care.

Love this company! Michael was great; showed up on time, was super pleasant but moreover, he is very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and shoots you straight. He was able to provide more insight into the system, the maintenance, etc. We used Evenflow for our winter maintenance and inspection. At first I was skeptical, but learned that it makes total sense to get the inspections/maintenance to ensure the system is operating efficiently and allowing us to save $ on the bill.I would recommend Evenflow and Michael if you want excellent customer service, knowledge and fair pricing.

Quick to respond and schedule my appointment. Very detailed with lots of photos of the maintenance inspection. Used the photos to educate me on the ends and outs of my system providing tips on how to operate it more effeciently. Noted the areas that would be problematic in the future, but not pushing to replace parts that still have life to them. Would highly recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.

Michael came quickly to our house upon a personal request from our repairman. He was methodical in his diagnostics and quickly determined the cause of our heater problems. We're grateful for his honesty and plan to reach out to him again in the future.

Michael was awesome to work with. He found my AC's issue and fixed it incredibly fast. Before he doing so he took pictures of what he found and walked me through the issue, providing a few options and his professional opinion. I was super impressed with his professionalism and prompt responses. He texted the day before to confirm our appointment and then provided an ETA the morning of our service. Michael is def. someone I felt I could trust to provide an honest assesment and to fix our issue!

Thought I needed a new HVAC system because mine was making loud noises. A neighbor recommended Michael at Evenflow Heating and he said my evaporator coil and blower needed cleaning, that's all. Two hours later after Michael put all the parts back together I noticed the difference immediately. My HVAC ran smoothly and quietly. It's gratifying to know there are honest people working in the HVAC industry.

Not often can you say that an HVAC company changed your life, but my family can. Over the past couple years my family of 4 had been battling severe allergies and never ending cold & flu symptoms. I suspected the air quality must be an issue so I called Evenflow. Michael was quick to respond and was able to diagnose our problem. The fiberglass plenums were deteriorating and had visible mold within, and our system was operating at a 40 percent efficiency due to improper installation of the duct work. My family had been breathing in dust, mold and fiberglass. Michael installed an iwave ion air cleaner (which I highly recommend), and completely demo’ed and reinstalled the new metal duct/plenum work. The quality of his craftsmanship is visible even to someone with an untrained eye. Most importantly within days of the install the health issues that we were experiencing were gone! We also saved money on our power bill due to a more efficient and balanced duct system. My unit doesn’t struggle to heat or cool my home. We're forever grateful and HIGHLY recommend!

I called one of the highly advertised AC repair companies to look at my AC (not cooling). The tech was quick to offer a new coil at $2400 as the fix (after installing the $350 capacitor (actually $15.99 at Walmart)). At this price, I need another opinion. I called Michael who was out the next morning and diagnosed the system correctly ..The refrigerant was low! And someone had failed to tighten (or loosened) some valves that may have caused it to be low.Evenflow saved me thousands. It's a small business that is honest and not looking to gouge the customer. I'll never use another heating and air company.

Michael is honest, professional, knowledgeable and we were very satisfied with his work. He even took the extra time to check if our part was still under warranty (it had unfortunately just expired) and he even registered our new part for us! He spent extra time explaining everything to my husband and I, was very honest and did not over charge us. He communicated with us throughout the process and even respected our house by wearing shoe covers inside. We truly and honestly would recommend his service to any and everyone. First night in new home and the heat goes out with temps in low 30s. The next morning, I contacted Michael @ EvenFlow Heating and Air. He was VERY responsive and at the door within an hour (I think I got lucky there). I had ran through the basics to reset but resolution required someone much more knowledgeable. He quickly identified and fixed the issue and while helping me shared his background and plans. He knows his stuff and shared he has gone through service, repair, architect & design, and now rolling his experience and vision into his own new business.Thank you Michael. The heat has been working great.
